Russian Abstract: Исследуется влияние современных глобализационных процессов на государство в целом и на отдельные его элементы. Анализируется роль национального государства в условиях глобализации. Процесс глобализации обуславливает изменение функций государства, трансформацию традиционных взглядов на государственный суверенитет, эволюцию внутреннего права государства. English Abstract: The influence of modern globalization processes on the state as a whole and its individual elements is studied. The role of the national state in the context of globalization is analyzed. Globalization processes determine changes of state functions, the tranformation of traditional attitudes to sovereignty and the evolution of the State's domestic law.
