Analysis of volatile oils from Androsace umbellata (Lour.) Merr.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oils from Androsace umbellata(Lour.) Merr.Methods The volatile oils extracted from Androsace umbellata(Lour.) Merr.by the extractor or by steam distillation were analyzed and identified by GC-MS.Results Thirty-three compounds were obtained by the extractor and fifty compounds were obtained by steam distillation.Conclusion The constituent analysis of volatile oils from Androsace umbellata(Lour.) Merr.is in favor of providing a scientific foundation for the further development and utilization of Androsace umbellata(Lour.) Merr.
