Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Dendrobium candidum

Thirty strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the root,stem and leaf of Dendrobium candidum,and twenty strains of them were morphologically identified belong to nine genera,four families and three orders.It has shown that quantity,species,and distributing of the endophytic fungi varied in different parts of Dendrobium candidum.
