Abstract
In vivo footprinting is an extension of genomic sequencing and is used to study protein/DNA interactions in vivo . We consider only footprinting experiments with living cells since it has been shown that experiments with isolated nuclei or cell homogenates do not give comparable results (McEwan, I., personal communication). These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
