Abstract
Trifolium repen seedlings with 5 to 6 leaves were cultured under different NaCl concentration to study the effectson SOD activity and MDA content of their stems.The results showed that the SOD activity first raised and then decreased with increase of NaCl concentration and treatment time,and MDA content reached the maximum value when NaCl concentration was 200 mmol/L and then gradually decrease with increase of NaCl concentration and treatment time.
