Abstract
A combined experimental and computational effort to test the performance of turbulence models in prediction of three-dimensional separation is under way. The current phase pf the project is the acquisition of flow field data using laser Doppler velocimetry. Accomplishments for summer 1996 include development of the instrument and signal processing system and acquisition of mean velocity profiles.
