Expected industrial cogeneration investment in the 1980s

Abstract

This paper presents an updated projection of industrial cogeneration development through 1990 and describes the effect of government actions to further stimulate additional cogeneration investment. It concludes by presenting recommendations for industry, utilities, and state commissions regarding cogeneration opportunities.
