Abstract
President Bush will have to make some policy readjustments after his reelection because he will confront a severe situation both at home and abroad. One of his important tasks is how to handle the relations with international organizations and international mechanism. To put it more exactly, the Bush administration has to make adjustments and choices between unilateralism and multilateralism.
