Abstract

盆栽试验被进行调查其根被 thearbuscular mycorrhizal (AM ) 开拓殖民地于的磷(P) byred 苜蓿(Trifolium pratense L.) 的节俭地可溶的无机、器官的来源的动员真菌血管球 mosseae 并且与联合磷酸盐增溶(PS ) 细菌杆菌 megateriumACCC10010。磷酸盐增溶的细菌和岩石磷酸盐由 AMfungus 在植物根的殖民上有 asynergistic 效果。在岩石磷酸盐的动员在 PS 细菌和 AM fungu 之间有一个积极相互作用,导致改进植物 P 营养。在有 AM 真菌和 PSbacterium 的双接种,种 P 营养的主要贡献被 AM 真菌做。是低 P 土壤的 P 的申请在根围增加了磷酸酶活动。碱的磷酸酶活动被接种显著地与也支持 PS 细菌剩菜他 AM 真菌。
