Abstract

The main law aimed at life and health de-fense against careless traffic criminal offences is the crim-inal code of Russian Federation. Current criminal legisla-tion doesn`t provide criminal responsibility for leaving the crime scene. Such actions are qualified under Article 25 of the criminal code. We suggest to enhance criminal re-sponsibility for such offences. Taking into consideration that driving without license is widespread we suggest to establish criminal responsibility for such offences caused victims.
